Short version: I collect what you send me so I can call you back about your job. I don't sell it to anybody.
What is collected
When you submit the form on this site, I receive the name, phone number, email address, property location, job details and any file you choose to attach. Standard web analytics and advertising tools may also record anonymous information about your visit, such as pages viewed and the ad or search that brought you here.
How it is used
- To contact you about the work you asked about.
- To prepare an estimate and, if you hire us, to perform and warranty the work.
- To measure which advertising brings homeowners to this site.
What is not done with it
Your information is not sold, rented, or handed to other contractors, lead brokers, or marketing lists.
Files you upload
If you attach an estimate or a photo, it is used to understand the job and price it. Estimates from other companies are treated as your private business and are not shared or published.

This site may use cookies and advertising pixels (for example Meta or Google) to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who visited. You can control cookies in your browser settings and ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
Text messages
Giving a mobile number means you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
Retention and removal
Records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, warranty, and tax requirements. To have your information removed, email Choiceade@gmail.com and it will be deleted where not required to be kept.
