Plain terms for using this website, and the exact conditions of the price match.
Price match terms
The offer to beat an existing estimate applies when all of the following are true:
- The competing estimate is written, itemized, dated, and issued by a business that is currently licensed and insured in Georgia for the work quoted.
- The scope is comparable: the same materials or an equivalent grade, the same tear-off and disposal, the same underlayment and accessories, and the same warranty terms.
- The estimate is verifiable and is presented before a contract is signed.
- The work is retail and paid out of pocket. The price match does not apply to insurance claim work, where scope and payment are determined by your carrier.
Verbal quotes, expired estimates, estimates that cannot be verified, and estimates from unlicensed or uninsured parties are not eligible. If a competing estimate cannot be beaten while doing the work to our standard, you will be told so directly — that is part of the offer, not an exception to it.
Estimates and pricing
Any dollar figures shown on this website are general 2026 metro Atlanta market ranges provided for planning. They are not a quote. Every roof and every home is different; a real price comes only from an in-person assessment and is provided in writing.
Contracting entity
"Choice Roofing & Home Repair" is a trade name of Choice Group Management LLC, a licensed Georgia residential contractor. All bids, proposals, and contracts are issued in the name of Choice Group Management LLC, and every contract includes a written warranty as required by Georgia law. All work is performed under a separate written agreement with its own scope, price, and terms, which control over anything on this website.
